Questions
Does it work on our website?
Yes. You paste two lines of code, and the visualiser works in WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace and any other system that allows HTML. It adapts to the screen and works on phones.
Can we add our own stone and colours?
Yes. We prepare your own materials for the kitchens you show. Studio includes 40 of your own materials at setup; more cost DKK 250 each.
How does “Try it in your own kitchen” work?
The customer takes a photo following a short guide. The photo is checked, and the chosen materials are applied with AI in about 10 seconds. The result is a visualisation – colours and details may differ – and the customer can send it straight to you.
What happens to customers’ photos?
They are kept only for the customer’s own gallery, can only be seen in the browser they were taken in, and are deleted automatically after 90 days. Photos that are never used are deleted after a day. They are not used for anything else, and the AI provider may not keep them.
How much does it cost?
Showroom costs DKK 595, Studio DKK 1,495 and Signature DKK 3,995 a month excl. VAT. Setup from DKK 2,500. The subscription can be cancelled at the end of the paid period.
Which languages does it come in?
Danish, English, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, German, Dutch, French, Spanish and Italian.
How quickly can we start?
With materials from the Viewzy library you can be live the same day. Your own materials take longer, depending on how many you have.
